Bank ROSSIYA and the Government of the Republic of Crimea have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at improving the investment climate, increasing the investment attractiveness of the region, as well as implementing socially significant and infrastructural projects.

The document was signed by Tatiana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Vladimir Konstantinov, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.

The main objectives of the memorandum are to attract investments into the economy of the Republic of Crimea, support investment and entrepreneurial activities in industry, tourism, agriculture, housing, transport, and the development of financial infrastructure.

As part of the agreements reached, the Bank will assist in financing investment projects, provide banking support for investment programs, and help attract extra-budgetary sources of financing.

"We see serious prospects for growth in the region and are ready to offer modern financial instruments for both large infrastructure initiatives and small and medium-sized businesses. We are confident that our partnership will give an additional impetus to business activity and attract new investors to the republic," commented Tatiana Polinko.

The signed memorandum will become the basis for the development of specific programs and roadmaps aimed at sustainable economic development of the Republic of Crimea and improving the quality of life of the population.

On June 4, Bank ROSSIYA and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea signed a memorandum of cooperation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026). The main goal of the partnership is to develop the investment climate of the republic.
