The air defense forces eliminated 19 Ukrainian drones over the territory of the Russian Federation in 12 hours.

The Air Defense Forces shot down 19 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in 12 hours The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the territory of Russia. This was announced on June 4 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"In the period from 08:00 to 20:00, 19 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that the drones were eliminated over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk regions, as well as over the Republic of Crimea and the Black Sea.

The new drones will help the units to defeat unmanned boats, sabotage groups and other threats on the approaches to the bases.

On June 4, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that air defense systems destroyed 272 Ukrainian UAVs overnight. It was clarified that the air targets were shot down over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh and Kursk regions, as well as over the Nizhny Novgorod, Orel, Rostov, Ryazan and Tambov regions.
