Fog with visibility up to 800 m is expected on Friday, June 5, in the Moscow region. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region on Thursday, June 4.

"According to the weather forecast of the federal State budgetary institution Central Directorate for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, fog with a visibility of 200-800 m is expected in places in the Moscow Region from 00:00 to 8:00 on June 5," the Moscow City News Agency quoted the message.

Citizens are urged to be vigilant, careful and comply with safety regulations.

Earlier in the day, Alexander Ilyin, a forecaster at the Meteo forecasting center, told RT that the wind on Friday would be northwesterly at a speed of 5-10 m/s. Atmospheric pressure will be 750-752 mmHg.

The day before, the agency also warned of fog in the capital region, according to 360.ru .
