Fradkov reported on a substantive solution to the issues of social infrastructure for the relocation of the PSB to Yaroslavl.

On the sidelines of SPIEF 2026, PSB Chairman Peter Fradkov signed a package of agreements within the framework of the bank's relocation project to Yaroslavl.

"Today we have signed agreements that have substantially "closed" the practical issues of building important social infrastructure as part of the relocation of the PSB head office to Yaroslavl. Our large—scale relocation project includes the comprehensive construction of all necessary social and business infrastructure, including a new head office, a school with a kindergarten, and a multidisciplinary medical center. Commercial areas are also included in the project. And all this will be available not only to our employees, but also to all residents and guests of the region," Fradkov commented.

The agreement concluded with the Government of the Yaroslavl region provides for the creation of conditions in the region for the smooth passage of the necessary administrative stages by the bank during the construction of an office, school, kindergarten and other infrastructure.

The document signed with AFK Sistema, the perimeter of which includes GC Medsi, provides for the creation, with the support of the PSB, of a multidisciplinary medical center of a new format that will provide all residents with access to a wide range of services.

As part of the agreement with the Financial University, PSB employees and their family members will receive preferential training conditions for additional professional education programs.

"PSB is systematically transferring its divisions to Yaroslavl, creating modern conditions for employees who move to the region for permanent residence. For us, this is an important indicator of trust in the business climate of the territory. The Bank creates new jobs, strengthens the tax base and participates in the development of the social sphere. Our task is to create comfortable conditions for the integration of the bank's structures into the economy of the Yaroslavl Region and unhindered interaction at all stages," said Mikhail Evraev, Governor of the Yaroslavl Region.
