Russian President Vladimir Putin is holding a meeting with the heads of global news agencies on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026) on Thursday, June 4. Izvestia is broadcasting the conversation.

Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said earlier that the conversation would take place in a question-and-answer format, and it would touch on current issues of Russia's domestic and foreign policy and major international events.

This is the tenth time the Head of State has held such a conversation with journalists from different countries at the forum, and this event has already become a tradition.
