On June 4, Bank ROSSIYA and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea signed a memorandum of cooperation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026). The main goal of the partnership is to develop the investment climate of the republic.

The memorandum was signed by Tatiana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Irina Kiviko, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea.

"For Bank ROSSIYA, the Republic of Crimea is a strategic region, and the memorandum signed today takes our cooperation with the government of the republic to a new level. We see great potential in the peninsula's infrastructure, industrial and tourism projects. Our common goal is to create a transparent and understandable mechanism for investors that will accelerate the flow of capital into the real sector of the economy," commented Tatiana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA.

The parties agreed to jointly improve the investment climate in Crimea and implement projects in priority sectors for the republic: infrastructure, industry, tourism, agriculture, housing construction and other key sectors of the economy.

"The signing of the memorandum with Bank ROSSIYA is a guarantee of stability and reliability for all our future projects. The presence of a large federal bank in Crimea guarantees investors financial discipline, long-term planning and confidence in the future. We appreciate that such a powerful partner shares the region's development strategy," Irina Kiviko emphasized.

On this day, at SPIEF, Bank ROSSIYA and the government of the Kaluga Region also agreed to cooperate. The agreement was signed by Alexander Shalenkov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Vladislav Shapsha, Governor of the Kaluga Region.
