The PSB and the government of St. Petersburg signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of development and implementation of modern banking services for residents of the city at the SPIEF-2026 site. The document was signed by Peter Fradkov, Chairman of the PSB, and Alexander Beglov, Governor of St. Petersburg. This was reported by the press service of the PSB.

The agreement provides for the further development of joint projects in the field of digitalization of urban services and the introduction of modern financial solutions. The parties intend to pay special attention to expanding the capabilities of the Unified St. Petersburg Card, as well as developing remote service channels using artificial intelligence technologies, digital infrastructure, and smart devices with touch and voice control.

"St. Petersburg remains one of the key centers for the introduction of digital services and modern financial solutions. Today's agreement is an opportunity to combine the expertise of the PSB and the infrastructural potential of the city for the development of high—demand banking services, including further improvement of the Unified St. Petersburg Card. Joint projects will improve the convenience and accessibility of services for residents of St. Petersburg," said Peter Fradkov.

The Governor of St. Petersburg emphasized the importance of the city's cooperation with the bank in implementing the tasks of socio-economic development and digital transformation.

"PSB Bank is actively involved in solving tasks related to the implementation of the national development goals set for us by the President of the country. This is our reliable partner. I am confident that the expansion of cooperation between St. Petersburg and the PSB will give a new impetus to the development of the Unified Map of St. Petersburg project, especially in terms of digitalization of services," said Alexander Beglov.

As the parties emphasized, the implementation of the agreement will increase the accessibility and convenience of financial and urban services for residents of St. Petersburg.
