A model of checkups with tracking of aging mechanisms will be launched in Moscow

In the coming month, Moscow will launch a new model of convenient checkups with tracking of aging mechanisms. Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development, said this in an interview with Rossiya-24 TV channel at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2026 (SPIEF).

"As part of the new philosophy of healthy longevity, we are launching a new Moscow check-up program that allows every Muscovite, especially people of working age, to easily, quickly, and without additional costs check their health, determine their biological age, identify the mechanisms of aging, pass the necessary complex of tests to identify risks and predispositions, quickly receive recommendations, and already By understanding your health status, manage your aging," explained the deputy mayor.

The new checkout model accumulates all modern digital technologies, which allows you to pass the test quickly and easily, said Rakova. Some of the stages will take place online.

The deputy mayor recalled that today the life expectancy of Muscovites is 7 years longer than the average in other regions of the country. According to her, this is primarily the result of the citizens' own attitude towards themselves — a change in lifestyle, a desire to take care of their health. Thanks to the development of preventive medicine and AI technologies, Moscow is already ready to create all conditions so that Muscovites can get even more than 10 years of quality life, the deputy mayor concluded.

As Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said earlier, the capital's exposition at the SPIEF clearly demonstrates that the city invests in people — in their health, education and quality of life, and technology is becoming a reliable tool to achieve these goals.
