Information about debtors' cars appeared on Gosuslugi

A new functionality for obtaining information about vehicles has been introduced on the Gosuslug portal, thanks to which arbitration managers will be able to receive extracts from the state register. The Russian Interior Ministry worked with Rosreestr and the Ministry of Finance to implement this functionality, the Russian State Traffic Inspectorate reported in Maks on June 4.

The new option allows specialists appointed by the court to conduct bankruptcy proceedings and financial rehabilitation of companies or individuals to promptly obtain information from the registry about the presence or absence of vehicles registered for debtors without directly contacting the State Traffic Inspectorate.

It is noted that the online service will improve the efficiency of the arbitration managers, minimizing the time spent on obtaining the necessary statements.

The new functionality became operational on May 26, during which time more than 500 requests for such documents have already been received from arbitration managers, the agency said.
