United Russia has defended the rights of tens of millions of homeowners

The law introduced in the Russian Federation, which sets a 10-year limitation period for privatization disputes, has protected the rights of millions of homeowners, as well as provided legal certainty. Pavel Krasheninnikov, Chairman of the Presidential Council for the Codification and Improvement of Civil Legislation, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on State Construction and Legislation (United Russia), pointed this out on June 4.

"More than 30 million housing privatization agreements have been signed. If the law had not been prepared and adopted, we would have automatically put a huge number of bona fide owners at risk," Krasheninnikov said.
