- Nechaev called the attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on civilians a deliberate policy of Kiev.
The Kiev regime has been deliberately targeting civilians and civilian targets in recent weeks, these attacks are not an accident, and the Ukrainian side is no longer trying to justify its actions. Alexey Nechaev, chairman of the New People party, told Izvestia about this on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
"Look, these are peaceful people out there, the girls in college are sleeping at night — a blow. People are traveling by car, on the bus there is a blow. And they're still sneering," he said.
Nechaev also pointed out the facts of the recording by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) of the consequences of attacks using reconnaissance drones. In his opinion, the Ukrainian military is filming the deaths of people for reporting or to receive bonuses. Such actions are systematic.
"With his direct terrorist policy, [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky is excluding himself and his regime from any cause other than war," the leader of the New People summed up.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the academic building and the dormitory of the Starobilsk Pedagogical College on May 22. A criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act") in connection with the tragedy, which killed 21 people and injured 65 others.
On June 3, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a bus in Yenakiyevo in the DPR. According to the latest data, eight people were killed and 11 others were injured. Three suffered severe concussions. The drone hit the roof of the bus, destroying the entire upper part. A criminal case has been opened under the article on a terrorist act.
