Siluanov announced Russia's achievement of financial sovereignty

Russia has achieved financial sovereignty, and this result must be maintained under external pressure. This was stated on June 4 by Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov at the session "How to return to the trajectory of sustainable Economic Growth in the face of global Uncertainty" at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

According to him, the achieved level of independence in the financial sector requires careful treatment and further strengthening. Siluanov also noted that Russia's external debt is at a low level and amounts to about 10%. According to his forecasts, the country expects to fully repay it in the future.
