Train traffic has been suspended in Crimea due to aviation danger.
The Crimean Railway has suspended passenger train traffic on a number of sections due to aviation hazards, and 12 trains to and from Crimea are delayed en route. This was announced on June 4 by the carrier Grand Service Express.
"Due to the aviation danger (UAV) The Crimean Railway has suspended the movement of passenger trains on a number of sections. The delay time ranges from two to 7.5 hours. Among the delayed trains to Crimea are No.316 Adler — Simferopol (3 hours delay), No. 025 Mineralnye Vody — Simferopol (4 hours), No. 092 Moscow — Sevastopol (3 hours), No. 463 Moscow — Feodosia (4 hours), No. 028 Moscow — Simferopol (2 hours), No. 179 Saint Petersburg — Yevpatoria (2 hours).
From Crimea, No. 078 Simferopol — St. Petersburg (4.5 hours), No. 174 Yevpatoria — Moscow (3 hours), No. 008 Sevastopol — St. Petersburg (3 and 4 hours - two trains), No. 098 Simferopol — Moscow (5 hours), as well as train No. 076 departing on June 4 are delayed. (7.5 hours).
On June 2, Grand Service Express announced that the Dzhankoy railway station in the Republic of Crimea was closed for boarding and disembarking passengers until a special announcement. One train en route has been cancelled, and four more trains are delayed between one and seven hours.
