A special fire protection regime will be abolished in Chita

A special fire protection regime will be lifted in Chita starting from June 5. This decision was made by the members of the commission during the meeting, the press service of the Mayor's office reports in the channel in the messenger "Max".

The regime has been in effect in the city since April 24. The decree imposed a ban on bonfires and fire-hazardous work. A zone was also established where it was possible to stay without violating the restrictions.

Now this decree will be cancelled. This was facilitated by the normalization of the fire situation and the establishment of favorable weather.

According to ChitaMedia news agency, now locals and guests of the capital of Transbaikalia will be allowed to visit forests without restrictions.

At the same time, a special fire protection regime is still in effect in the rest of Transbaikalia, which was introduced on April 20. Its violation entails administrative and criminal liability.
