The leading companies of the telecom industry, Tricolor and Beeline, announced new cooperation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The signed agreement involves the use of Beeline's AI technology in the work of Russia's largest pay-TV operator.
Beeline will provide Tricolor with access to the technical interfaces and user applications of three neural network models, as well as support for their operation 24/7. A comprehensive solution called CDNvideo AI Hub will partially automate the work of the Tricolor contact center, help the operator process requests faster and better, and optimize customer support costs and troubleshooting.
