About 15 thousand schoolchildren will be able to find a job in the summer in the Moscow region

A summer labor campaign for students has started in the Moscow Region. About 15 thousand schoolchildren will provide jobs.

According to the Ministry of Social Development of the region, about 3 thousand teenagers are currently employed. For many students, this is their first official work experience. Students can work as clerks, counselors, landscape designers, and others.

A prerequisite is the conclusion of a fixed-term employment contract. Also, children aged 14 and 15 will need the written consent of one of their parents, the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya clarifies. Income consists of financial support from the Moscow region Personnel Center and salary from the employer, which must be at least the minimum wage in proportion to the time worked.
