This opinion was expressed by State Duma deputy Alexander Tolmachev on Wednesday, June 3.

The day before, the Russian Foreign Ministry's ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik, said that the ICRC delegation, which visited Starobilsk in the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), expressed condolences and called the drone strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a local college a tragedy, according to the website. kp.ru .

Tolmachev noted that the ICRC, in addition to humanity, could show its other key principle — independence. The parliamentarian expressed the wish that the representatives of the committee would find the strength to show an honest point of view on the murder of children in Starobilsk.

"As we remember, the West again ignored the terrorist attack carried out by the Kiev Nazis with expressive silence. We believe that in its work at the scene of the tragedy, the Red Cross will be objective, will be able to call black black, condemn the crime of the terrorist regime and thus demonstrate the principle of humanity," he concluded in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the educational building and the dormitory of the Starobilsk Pedagogical College on May 22. As a result, 21 people died. A criminal case has been opened into the incident under the article on a terrorist act.

On June 2, Miroshnik reported that the Russian Foreign Ministry had provided diplomats and Russian representatives at major international venues with detailed information about the Ukrainian army's strike on the college in Starobilsk. On the same day, he said that the ICRC delegation had met with eyewitnesses of the terrorist attack in Starobilsk.
