Retaining wall collapsed on several cars in Yessentuki
In Yessentuki on Wednesday afternoon, June 3, a retaining wall collapsed on parked cars. Three cars were damaged, the mayor of the city, Vladimir Krutnikov, said on social networks.
The incident occurred on 144 Lermontov Street, writes StavropolMedia news agency. Specialists are currently examining the site to determine the scope of urgent work.
According to the mayor, last week the collapsed wall was examined by the staff of the Department of Architecture. The reason was the appeal of local residents. The authorities planned to start work, but the weather beat them to it.
