VTB will allocate 3.5 billion rubles for housing construction in the Kherson region

VTB will participate in financing the third stage of the construction of the Belye Peski residential complex in Skadovsk, Kherson region, the bank's press service reported. The agreement on this was signed during SPIEF 2026 by Denis Bortnikov, Deputy President and Chairman of the VTB Management Board, and Vladimir Levchenko, CEO of the Infinitigroup subsidiary, Razvitie LLC.

The White Sands 3 project includes the construction of more than 38,000 square meters of real estate, including over 23,000 square meters of living space. The construction is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2028. The residential complex will consist of nine-storey buildings with enclosed courtyards and commercial infrastructure on the ground floors. The project provides apartments with terraces and access to a green area, as well as landscaped public spaces, sports and playgrounds, guest parking. The complex is located 2.5 km from the Black Sea coast.

"Government support measures in the reunified regions today provide additional incentives for both the development of housing construction and the growth of consumer demand for real estate.
