Olga Avanesyan, a practicing psychologist and psychotherapist, told how unlived emotions turn into chronic diseases.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Wednesday, June 3, the expert noted that suppressed emotions do not disappear without a trace. According to her, unlived feelings can manifest themselves in the form of chronic muscle tension, spasms and circulatory disorders.
