The National Council for Corporate Volunteerism in cooperation with Dobro.On the sidelines of the SPIEF, the Russian Federation presented the fourth issue of a Collection of Best Practices aimed at developing volunteerism among employees. The publication includes a description of the most successful projects of Russian companies.

The initiatives included in the collection were recognized as the best by the jury of the All-Russian competition "Champions of Good Deeds" and the International Award #MYPLACE in 2025. These are the cases of 36 organizations representing Russian socially responsible businesses from various sectors of the economy.

As noted by Irina Zhukova, Chairman of the NSKV, "the annual publication of the collection has become a stable tradition to capture and disseminate best practices, form common guidelines and set the vector for the development of corporate volunteerism in our country." "The collection of best practices is a recognition of the merits of companies whose engagement and professionalism inspire others. At the same time, it is a resource for those who are just starting or developing their programs: it contains real examples that can be adapted, rethought and used as a support for new initiatives," she said.

Artem Metelev, head of the Dobro.rf ecosystem and chairman of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy, stressed that the demand for socially responsible business is growing and is supported by the state through the ECG rating and the Standard of Public Capital, and at the same time the need for high-quality examples is growing. "The experience of companies that have already built effective volunteer practices should be accessible to everyone. That's why we studied the projects and put them together in a collection," added Metelev.
