Bank ROSSIYA, PSB and Tokeon form technical partnership in the field of digital currencies and CFA

Bank ROSSIYA and PSB have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of digital rights and digital currencies. The document was signed on June 3 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026) and is aimed at forming a technological partnership for the development and implementation of modern financial solutions based on digital technologies.

The document was signed by Artem Shatalov, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Bank ROSSIYA. and the deputy chairman of the PSB Olga Myamlina.

Banks are planning joint projects in the field of digital financial instruments, launching pilot initiatives and developing new approaches to the use of digital currencies and CFAs. The key technology partner is the Tokeon platform (part of the PSB group).

"Digital assets have already become an applied tool, and we see our task in making them organically integrated into banking services. Together with our partners, we will create application scenarios for working with digital rights and digital currencies that will be in demand by corporate clients in the near future. The participation of the Tokeon platform, which has the first investment-grade credit rating on the market, serves as an additional guarantee of the reliability of the entire infrastructure being developed. We intend to actively participate in the formation of a new generation ecosystem, making digital financial technologies accessible and useful for Russian business," commented Artem Shatalov, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Bank ROSSIYA.

"In partnership with Bank ROSSIYA, we will combine infrastructure capabilities and practical experience to create digital tools and services in demand by customers. The Tokeon platform is the technological core of the partnership: it was the first in Russia to tokenize foreign digital law, issue hybrid digital financial assets, and has a public credit rating. These competencies allow us not to follow the market, but to determine the vectors of its development," said Olga Myamlina, Deputy Chairman of the PSB.

On this day, as part of the SPIEF, Bank ROSSIYA and the joint-stock company Resources of Bira signed a cooperation agreement. The partnership provides for long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at supporting the company's investment and operational projects.
