A criminal case was opened after the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a passenger bus in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on June 3 by the official representative of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko.

"The Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case on the fact of the Ukrainian Armed Forces hitting a bus in Yenakiyevo, DPR," the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia quoted her as saying in the Maks messenger.
