Miroshnik spoke about the visit of the ICRC delegation to Starobilsk

The delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which visited Starobilsk in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), expressed its condolences and called the drone strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a local college a tragedy. This was announced on June 2 by Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik.

"The ICRC responded with condolences and a statement of the tragedy. The rest of the delegates' conclusions should be included in their confidential reports, which will inform the parties to the conflict and the leadership of the ICRC," TASS quoted him as saying.
