On June 2, Izvestia publishes the menu of the Varevo restaurant, which will serve guests of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026). The list of dishes includes moose lip and olivier with cancerous necks.
The restaurant is located on the seventh floor of the Expoforum Exhibition Center and offers visitors to taste real masterpieces of Russian cuisine. There are both classic national dishes and experimental tastes to choose from.
For breakfast, you can enjoy pancakes with rustic sour cream and black caviar, potato pancakes with crab or porridge with caramelized pears. The most unusual item is in the "Hot appetizers" section — salmon lip with an earthy pear. The stroganina from omul in the "Cold appetizers" section also causes intrigue.
