The first center for active and healthy longevity was opened in the Moscow region

The region's first center for active and healthy longevity has opened in the Moscow Region. It was organized on the basis of Domodedovo Hospital. The purpose of his work is to identify health risks at an early stage and form individual recommendations for maintaining activity.

Patients undergo comprehensive diagnostics to assess their health status and identify risk factors. Various tests and studies make it possible to determine a person's biological age. Anyone over the age of 18 can use the center's services. To do this, they must make a preliminary appointment, including through the regional portal "Health".

In total, five such centers are planned to open in the Moscow region. By the end of the year, they should appear in Khimki, Mytishchi, Noginsk and Balashikha, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, citing Maxim Zabelin, deputy chairman of the government and Minister of Health of the region.

The centers will appear thanks to the implementation of the national project "Long and active life".

In mid-May, it was reported that more than 36,000 residents of the Moscow Region had become blood donors since the beginning of 2026. Since the beginning of the year, 30 tons of donated blood and its components have been harvested in the Moscow region. Compared to the same period last year, this volume increased by 1.5 tons.
