The fire occurred in a townhouse in the village of Kalinino, Khakassia. This was reported on June 2 in the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

"A large fire is now being extinguished near Abakan," the agency said in a publication on the Maks messenger.

It is specified that the fire area is 610 square meters. m. Fire crews from Abakan and Ust-Abakan are working on the site. 35 people and nine pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. There was no information about the victims.

A criminal case has been opened into the incident.

On May 26, the governor of the region, Igor Artamonov, reported a fire in an apartment building in Lipetsk. The fire spread to parked cars and outbuildings. Later, the regional prosecutor's office reported that the collapse of a house in Lipetsk could have been caused by a gas explosion. On the same day, rescuers began searching for three people who were trapped under the rubble.
