When attacking the Russian Federation, the Kiev regime uses UAVs manufactured by Ukraine and NATO countries, Bastrykin said.
It is specified that at least seven drones were used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the attack on Starobilsk College. The Starlink antennas installed on Ukrainian UAVs indicate the premeditation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike, Bastrykin added.
