Stray dogs attacked two children in Stavropol region

The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case into the attack of stray dogs on children in the Stavropol Territory. Medical assistance was provided to the victims.

The incident occurred in Mineralnye Vody. According to the StavropolMedia news agency, the animals attacked children aged eight and nine on Druzhby and Ostrovsky streets. The victims suffered leg and ear injuries.

A criminal case has been opened on the fact of negligence. Measures have been taken to capture stray animals.

In Primorsky Krai, a one-and-a-half-year-old child died after being attacked by a pet dog. According to the prosecutor's office, the boy reached for the bowl of the watchdog, the animal reacted and rushed at the minor.
