A moped driver was killed in an accident with an SUV in Primorye

In Primorsky Krai, a moped collided head-on with an SUV. The moped driver died.

The accident occurred on May 30 on the Dushkino – Livadia– Anna highway. According to the preliminary version, a 41-year-old moped driver lost control while driving in the direction of Dushkino and drove into the oncoming lane. As a result, the vehicle collided with a UAZ Patriot car.

According to the PrimaMedia news agency, the moped driver did not use protective equipment. The man was hospitalized and died a day later in the hospital. An accident investigation is underway.

Over the weekend, 512 road accidents occurred on the roads of Russia, in which 70 people were killed and 648 people were injured.
