The navigation season of small vessels started in Yakutia on June 1. Boats are allowed to enter the water in a number of areas.

According to IA YakutiaMedia, navigation has started in the urban districts of Yakutsk and Zhatai, as well as in Amginsky, Churapchinsky, Tattinsky, Olekminsky, Lena, Suntarsky, Aldansky, Ust-Maysky, Mirninsky, Khangalassky, Megino-Kangalassky, Gorny, Namsky, Kobyai, Nyurbinsky, Vilyuysky and Verkhneviluysky districts.

In the remaining municipalities, navigation will be opened during June. At the latest, on July 23, the movement of small vessels will be allowed in Neyolov Bay in the Bulunsky district.

Boatmasters face a fine for entering the water area before the deadline.

The navigation season started in the Trans-Baikal Territory on May 25.
