A new ten-storey parking lot will be opened in Lyubertsy

A new multi-level parking lot will be opened in Lyubertsy in a residential complex of the same name. It will be put into operation in the near future, the press service of the main directorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Moscow region reports.

The ten-storey parking lot with an area of more than 31 thousand square meters is designed for a thousand parking spaces. Employees of the department have already checked the facility and issued a conclusion on compliance with the project, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya.

The building also housed a car wash for four posts, commercial premises and a store of related products. An elevator was equipped for the drivers, video surveillance and a fire alarm system were installed.

Earlier it was reported that a new aboveground pedestrian crossing appeared in Lyubertsy. The facility is located at the intersection of the Moscow — Yegoryevsk — Tuma—Kasimov and Kraskovo — Korenevo — Torbeevo highways.
