The EU Court has registered the claim of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation against the Council of the EU and the European Parliament

The General Court of the European Union has registered a claim by the Bank of Russia against the European Parliament and the Council of the EU related to the use of the financial support mechanism for Ukraine. This follows from the updated database of the judicial authority.

The case is registered under the number T-331/26 "The Bank of Russia v. the European Parliament and the Council of the EU." According to the case file, the statement of claim was filed on Friday, May 22, and is currently under consideration.
