A seven–year-old child was killed and six more people were injured in a car rollover accident on 40 km of the Kochubey-Mineralnye Vody federal highway in Dagestan. This was announced on May 31 by the State Traffic Inspectorate for the region in the Telegram channel.

"According to preliminary data, a 50-year—old resident of the Kizilyurt district, driving a Mercedes car, lost control, as a result of which the car slid into a ditch and overturned," the publication says.

It is specified that the child died at the scene.

In addition, the driver of the car, a 39-year-old woman and four minors between the ages of nine and 16 were injured in the accident. They were taken to a medical facility with various injuries.

Earlier in the day, an accident occurred on 112 km of the R-243 highway in the Perm Region, resulting in the death of four people, including two children. An accident involving a truck and a passenger car occurred in the Suksunsky district, at the entrance to Izhevsk. It is specified that another child who was in the car was injured. The details of the incident are being clarified.
