An accident involving an intercity bus in the Turkish province of Denizli killed seven people and injured 30 others. This was reported on May 31 by the TRT Haber TV channel.
It is noted that while driving along the highway, the bus collided with a road fence, as a result of which it caught fire. Emergency services were sent to the scene, which helped the victims and extinguished the fire.
"The injured were taken to hospitals in the city by ambulance," the publication says.
There were 37 people inside the vehicle at the time of the accident.
Also in China on May 28, at least 13 people were killed in a collision between an overloaded bus and a truck. At the time of the accident, there were 16 people in a nine-passenger minibus. After the accident, the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China sent a working group to the scene.
On May 26, an accident involving a school bus and a passenger train also occurred in the Belgian municipality of Buggenhout, resulting in several deaths. The vehicle carrying the children got on the way, passing the closed barriers. The circumstances under which this happened are already being investigated.
