The expert reported on the legal consequences of taking out packing bags
Taking free packing bags out of the store without using them to pack purchased goods can be classified as petty theft. This was announced on May 31 by civil lawyer Alla Georgieva.
"If a customer has unwound an extra number of packages, but they are not useful to him, he has no right to take them with him. Their removal is regarded as deliberate appropriation of someone else's property," the expert explained to the Prime agency.
