In Russia, former military personnel and employees of law enforcement agencies can receive two pensions in June, provided they have 15 years of service and accumulate at least 30 retirement points. Yulia Kovalenko, Candidate of Economics, Deputy Head of the Higher School of Economics of Moscow Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, recalled this on May 31.

"When citizens retire from military service, they receive a military pension. They are also eligible for an insurance pension. In this case, it is necessary to gain 15 years of experience and get at least 30 points," she told RIA Novosti.
