The Ukrainian command has decided to transfer the 27th separate regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) from the Chernihiv region to Sumy amid large-scale losses. This was reported on May 31 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"Against the background of colossal losses in the Sumy region, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Armed Forces of Ukraine. — Ed.) is transferring the 27th separate regiment of the NSU from the Chernihiv region to this sector of the front," a source told RIA Novosti.
