The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the hall of power unit No. 6 of the Zaporizhia NPP. This was announced on May 30 by Alexey Likhachev, head of the Rosatom State Corporation.
"Congratulations, if I may say so, to the entire world community — this is the first targeted attack on the main equipment of a nuclear power plant with a through explosion and damage to the engine room building," Likhachev said.
