The Russian Foreign Ministry said there were no prerequisites for resuming contacts with Germany.

Currently, there are no prerequisites for the resumption of dialogue between Russia and Germany. This was announced on May 30 by Dmitry Lyubinsky, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

"I don't see any prerequisites for us to have any dialogue with Germany," he said in an interview with TASS.

Lubinsky stressed that the revanchist statements of the German authorities cannot worsen the situation, since the dialogue between the two states is already "below the baseboard."
