Since 2014, about 10,000 civilians have been killed and more than 16,000 injured as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on May 30 by the Ombudsman of the DPR Daria Morozova.

"From 2014 to the present day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have killed 9,917 civilians. More than 16,000 civilians were injured," Morozova told RIA Novosti.
