Russians can optionally put up to six marks in their passport with various information about themselves. Lawyer Yana Maleva recalled this on May 30.

"If desired, you can set a maximum of six marks. Now the list is as follows: marital status (marriage/divorce), children under the age of 14, previously issued internal passports, foreign passports, blood type and Rh factor, and the entry number of the unified federal register of population information," she told RIA Novosti.
