TEC reports on discussions in the EU on the resumption of contacts with Russia

EU countries are increasingly discussing the possibility of resuming contacts with Russia. This was reported on May 28 by The European Conservative (TEC).

"Europe is considering the possibility of negotiations with Russia <...> The question is no longer whether Europe should maintain contacts with Moscow, but when, how and under what conditions it will do so again. What was a political taboo barely a year ago is already being discussed at ministerial meetings, foreign ministries and EU offices," the publication says.
