A digital Knowledge Base project has been launched in the capital for employees of non-profit organizations (NPOs) and social entrepreneurs. With its help, you can find relevant courses and trainings useful for specialists in these fields, such as volunteer team management, financial literacy and marketing, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergunina.

"The platform has already presented more than 50 programs from leading educational and non-profit organizations: from short online intensive courses to full-time studies at universities. The geography covers different cities of Russia, such as Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Tomsk, and is constantly expanding," Sergunina said.

In particular, the Knowledge Base includes programs from the National Research University Higher School of Economics, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, the National Research Nizhny Novgorod Lobachevsky State University, and Kazan Federal University.

The search is configured by directions, additional filters allow you to select options that provide grant support, as well as the issuance of a diploma of professional training. Each program is described in detail, taking into account the actual cost, if the training is not free.

Users can suggest including courses they know that are suitable for the project topic in the catalog. To do this, you need to fill out an online form on the website. In addition, the platform contains expert materials, instructions and tips for training employees in the field of NGO activities.

The project was developed by a team from a network of Moscow NGO coworking centers. Today, 13 such spaces have been opened in the capital, equipped with everything necessary for holding events of representatives of organizations in a variety of formats — from webinars to festivals.
