The Children's railway in Khabarovsk will open a new season on May 31

In Khabarovsk, traffic on the children's railway in the new season will open on May 31. It will be open all days of the week except Mondays and Tuesdays.

As the press service of the Far Eastern Railway clarified to IA AmurMedia, the first flight will depart at 9:30, and the last one at 17:30. They will be served by children who are being trained themselves.

The Children's Railway in Khabarovsk is a subdivision of the Grand Trunk Railway. It is an enterprise with stations, trains and train stations, with automation and communication devices. At the same time, it is an institution where children receive additional education and undergo vocational training.

Southern railway workers have been studying for seven years, they have theory in winter and practice in summer. There is a dormitory building for students of BAM schools and boarding schools located at the Far Eastern Railway landfill.

The length of the children's railway is 2.5 km. It has two stations, Pionerskaya and Yubileynaya, as well as two intermediate platforms, Sovkhoznaya and Ozernaya.

More than 45,000 people have graduated from the Children's Railway School since its opening in 1958.

Earlier it was reported that multifunctional road service points will appear along the roads in Transbaikalia. The issue of their creation has already been discussed at a meeting in the regional Ministry of Economic Development.
