The Kremlin positively assesses the decision of the new Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar not to supply weapons to Ukraine. This was announced on May 29 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

A day earlier, following a meeting in Brussels with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Magyar said that Hungary would not supply weapons and military equipment to the conflict zone in Ukraine.
