Tourists who were unable to leave Antalya after the cancellation of Air Anka flights were accommodated in hotels, and their return to Russia will be organized by tour operators in the coming days. This was announced on May 28 by Dmitry Gorin, Vice President of the Russian Union of Travel Industry (PCT), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vipservice Holding.

"Tour operators are already dealing with the issue of returning Russian tourists home, three flights have already been completed. The average capacity of the aircraft is from 200 to 350 seats. We need about 10-15 planes. Accordingly, such a task can be solved in two or three days. If the situation had happened in July and August, it would have taken weeks to get tourists out," Interfax quoted him as saying.
