British motorcycle racer Ingham died in an accident during the competition

British motorcyclist Daniel Ingham died in an accident during the Isle of Man TT race, the organizers of the competition announced on May 28 on the official website of the competition.

"The race organizers are deeply saddened by the passing of Daniel Ingham as a result of the incident that occurred last night during the qualifying session of the Isle of Man TT 2026 races," the statement said.

Ingham made his TT debut in 2026, although he has more than ten years of experience in such competitions. He has several cups in his arsenal, including the prestigious Senior MGP in 2024. The press service expressed its deep condolences to Daniel's family, friends and relatives, as well as to the members of his team.
