Up to 916 million rubles will be allocated for the reconstruction of a part of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Tula region

In the Tula region, they announced the search for a contractor for the reconstruction of a part of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations located in the village of Kurakovo. This is reported by TSN24 with reference to the documentation of the relevant auction on the public procurement portal.

The contract includes the repair of a storage facility, a headquarters, transformer substations, gas boilers, a water intake unit, sewage treatment plants, as well as a house designed for 48 apartments. Cultural heritage sites must be preserved during the work.

The maximum value of the contract with the contractor will be 916.157 million rubles. Of these, 15.23 million are provided for design and survey work, while the remaining funds are for repair and construction.

The contractor is expected to prepare the project this year, and construction and repairs are planned for 2027-2029. The financing of the work is also divided into three approximately equal tranches: 288.87 million in 2027, 306.35 million in 2028 and 306.68 million in 2029.

It is planned to determine the contractor on June 18. At the same time, the exact amount that she will be paid for the large-scale reconstruction of the facility will become known.
