Psychologist, author of the Endorphins podcast Sergey Lang spoke about a technique that helps to put thoughts in order in five minutes.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Thursday, May 28, the specialist called for listening to the "inner child" more often on weekdays and allowing yourself small joys, such as drawing, walking or hobbies, so that fatigue does not accumulate. He noted that constant work without rest can lead to the fact that the psyche will fail precisely at the moment of trying to relax.

The specialist also spoke about the technique of "anchoring": you need to remember a joyful event, live it and clench your fists to fix the state. According to him, in a stressful situation, this will help to quickly return to pleasant emotions.

In addition, he advised getting out of vacation gradually — starting with simple tasks, taking short breaks during the day and finding time for walks in the fresh air after work.

Clinical psychologist Daria Salnikova warned on May 26 about the serious health consequences of chronic stress. The specialist noted that prolonged stress is one of the main causes of panic attacks and other mental and physiological problems.
